Cancellations
To accept a Freelancer’s bid, Client needs to make payment for Freelancer Services. Any cancellations are not allowed once Client accepts the Bid.
Refunds
- The Payment Processing fee charged to Client is not-refundable under any circumstances
- If a Job is not completed successfully, the Client’s payment is automatically refunded subtracting any Payment Processing Fees.
- If a Job is completed successfully, any payment cannot be refunded
