APIBridge is unconventional and innovative. You can call it Algo Terminal. It is different in many aspects from traditional trading terminal which you see everywhere around.

LE-LX-SE-SX vs Buy-Sell:

While conventional trading platforms work on only buy and sell; APIBridge work on 4 types of Signals:

Long Entry (LE): Equivalent to fresh Buy for creating Long position.
Long Exit (LX): Equivalent to Sell for reducing/squareoff Long position.
Short Entry (SE): Equivalent to fresh Sell for creating Short position.
Short Exit (SX): Equivalent to Buy for reducing/squareoff Short position.

No Trading Buttons:

Conventional trading platforms have Buy and Sell buttons for order placement. But APIBridge is an algo terminal for system based trade execution. It is the job of Bridge to discourage you from unplanned/non-systematic trading :). For placing orders, APIBridge requires values from Signal – a Signal is an indication (not decision) to Buy and Sell.

You can send Signals from Click2Trade or through external source. Click2Trade is the easiest way to understand the difference between Signals and Orders.

Consider an example – You receive a Signal to enter a Long position in SBI. Now, you can decide on this signal- what quantity to buy, which order type should be used for buying, what should be the max loss or max profit for your long position…. and so on.

No Inbuilt Strategy:

Unlike any other algo platform, APIBridge does not has any inbuilt strategy.

But surprisingly, APIBridge has maximum connections with strategy platforms and investment advisors. You can connect Bridge with TradingView , MT4, Amibroker, Excel and 5 more platforms. You can get advisory in Bridge from 10+ SEBI registered investment advisors. In our quest to make you independent, AlgoJi does not has revenue sharing agreement with any Software Developer such as Amibroker, MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView or any Investment Advisor. Also Algoji does not has revenue sharing agreement with any stock broker.

No real-time PnL watching:

Bridge does not show you real-time Profit or Loss, unlike a conventional platform. Trade as per your strategy, and sit back and relax. But, APIBridge monitors your PnL real-time. You can set PnL functions like MaxProfit/MaxLoss per trade.

Monitoring PnL real-time is good and essential. You may like to act on PnL like max profit, max loss, position sizing and so on.
But watching PnL real-time can take you away from system trading. When a position is taken with pre-decided conditions, why stress the mind with real-time PnL fluctuations.

Different Order History, Trade History and Net Positions.

The Order History of APIBridge shows you open, pending, rejected or cancelled orders.

The Trade History shows you completed trades with Cumulative PnL.

The Net Positions tab shows you positions which are only taken from APIBridge. The Bridge is a algo terminal, not a trading terminal 🙂
